Location, food, pool
The food at the à la carte dinner was excellent, but unfortunately the service was far below the standard I would expect.
When I asked for olive oil and salt, the waiter replied that the salad was already seasoned. I explained that I would still like some olive oil and salt. Despite my request, the oil he brought was not olive oil. When I pointed this out and asked him to take it away, he returned shortly afterwards with a box containing several small bottles of flavoured olive oils. However, all of them were empty except for the chilli-flavoured one.
For a restaurant serving food of such high quality, the level of service was very disappointing and did not match the standard of the cuisine.

It’s been a while since I felt so taken care of. The staff is super friendly and professional, facilities are fresh and comfortable, breakfast buffet provide nice variety.

The staff was attentive and kind, the location is perfect for cycling and the breakfast is great as advertised.
Noise from the AC unit outside was unbearable. We had to keep our windows closed due to the fact that directly underneath the apartment there is a staff assembly area, the chatter and cigarette smoke was very disturbing late into the night. Somewhere in the middle of the night the staff felt it necessary to empty the glass waste into the trashcan.
Upper bunk bed does not have any guards to prevent children from falling off on it. We barely slept .
