We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The owner was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, and it was clear that he had thought of every small detail to make the stay enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable. The location is good, within walking distance of the city centre.
Overall, a great place to stay, and we would happily recommend it!

The host was excellent - really friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the things to visit, beaches to go to, taverns to enjoy and so on.
Parking is free on the street in front of the hotel, and there were always parking spots available.
The room was clean, it was refreshed every 2 days. It has all necessary facilities - small kitchenette with a stove, minibar, electric kettle. It has a hairdryer, as well as disposable hotel slippers. The mattress was fine, not too hard and not too soft, had no back problems. There is a mosquito net for the balcony.
The view is really stunning, I think getting the sea view room is definitely worth it.
The location is good overall, relatively central to many nice beaches in Sithonia, so you can take your pick.
The soundproofing is little to non-existent (the windows and door are rather old, made out of wood, so that doesn't help either). During the last night, some neighbors made a ton of noise shouting at each other at around 04:00 and we heard every word. But all other nights were ok, no issues.

Amazing view! We had a wonderful time there 😍 the owner was super kind and helpful ! We were travelling with our 25kg dog and didn't have any issues 🙂 there are free parking spaces in front of the house. I recommend it!!

We loved the property for its easy access, no parking problem, great view and exceptional host. The host gave a lot of attention to details for the needs of guests. Overall very well thought out amenities and perks.
We did not appreciate the hard mattress and the thin walls. As early sleepers, we couldn’t fall asleep until 1 AM, which was the time our neighbors went to bed.
