The location is perfect, only 10m to the port. At night still is safe to go up by walk
The only thing that I didn’t like in the hotel was the toilet. Unfortunately if you’re a big guy you will find it a bit difficult to use the toilet.
I do t know if they offer other options and I didn’t ask. But still if I’ll decide to visit again I will choose again this hotel

Some milk in the room to go with the coffee would be useful for us non black coffee drinkers!

The room was clean and well organized.
The location was not convenient to reach. There is a long flight of stairs on the way from the train station to the hotel, which makes it very inconvenient if you have luggages. The walk itself isn't particularly comfortable for women solo traveller even during the day.
The hotel has a huge number of rooms but only two elevators, and they are incredibly slow. I stayed for two nights, and on the second day I waited about five minutes for the elevator to get back to my room on the top floor, only to find that my key card no longer worked. I then had to wait another five minutes for the elevator to go all the way back down to reception to get it fixed. I found that I wasn't the only guest having this problem.
Breakfast was average. There wasn't much fruit, and the pastries were rather soggy.

Friendly staff, the young gentleman at the reception was very kind and helpful.
The room was clean and quiet.
Short distance from the main station.
The area was rough, I didn’t feel safe walking around the hotel at night. They don’t sell much drinks/food on site.
The shower head was broken and leaking.
