The breakfasts were unique each day and included freshly squeezed fruit juices. We were very pleased with the personal service, including great recommendations for local activities and restaurants.
I can't really think of any shortcomings in the place. They have done an awesome job with the plants and foliage throughout the property. I really enjoyed watching our sloth live outside in the adjacent tree near our suite.

The place is incredible! Beautiful, quiet, comfortable and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with something new every morning. My wife has severe food allergies and they accommodated her needs perfectly. The owners and staff were extremely nice attentive and helpful. Overall an amazing place, we will definitely be staying here if we ever come back to Puerto Viejo.
Nothing, except for the fact that there were no screens for the windows so you can't leave them open (because of mosquitoes), but the rooms have air conditioning so it's not a big deal.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were outstanding. The room was fantastic and we could see plenty of wildlife from our room. We saw a Sloth - very special.
