Amazing staff; very attentive and prompt upon requests or questions. Very personable and felt very at home. The property is absolutely stunning.
Our room in particular had a few issues. We were at the front entrance to the resort alongside the main drop off area and main pool and felt a little bit like we were in the main office. Apart from that it was an amazing stay.
