Met as we pulled on the driveway. Very friendly.
Lovely basket of welcome goodies. Nice warm cosy place to stay. Great off road parking.
Had lots of amenities/appliances available - very good kitchen. Lovely cat knocking about too!
There was some kind of pump appliance attached to the waterworks in the bathroom that was very cloud and somewhat disturbing. It would go off every time water ran in the bathroom. It would go off constantly during a shower. It also went off at random intervals during the night. Also, in terms of privacy, whilst the place is private, you are also basically in a wing of someones residential property so there is noise transfer and you didn't feel you could make as much noise as you might in another rental. Big step into the property which might be worth noting for future guests. My mother is 83 and it was quite a stride to pull herself into the property.

Lovely owner popped out the front and told us the key was in door. Told us about parking and answered all questions we had. We could not get the hopper working , I emailed, and within minutes she popped in to show us how. Comfortable, spacious, spotless and tentative host it an excellent location for exploring Stratford-Upon-Avon. We stayed 2 nights and wish we had of stayed more. A lovely basket of goodies, coffee, milk and more was waiting for us. Laundry came in handy since we had been travelling a few weeks . Quiet lovely sitting garden all to ourselves too.
