We had a great stay in Ayia Napa. The accommodation was clean, safe, quiet, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and both the check-in and check-out processes were quick and hassle-free.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

The location of the room is good. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Parking is included. The aircon worked well, which is an important thing to note in Europe. The size of the room was not bad. The balcony was good for drying some clothes. Decent location for running. Good beaches within walking distance. The wifi worked pretty well. Overall, not bad for the price.

The apartment was spacious, including a large shower area and plenty of cupboard space, making it ideal for a family of four. Its location was excellent - right across from the beach and very close to convenient stores. The Wi‑Fi signal was strong throughout our stay.
There were a few minor drawbacks: the air‑condition fan was slightly noisy, and the TV offered only three local channels, as no DVB‑T2 decoder box was installed. There is no parking on the premises, though there is a convenient plot of land directly opposite where guests can park.
On our second night, we also had noisy neighbours who woke us at 4:00 a.m. and kept us awake for nearly an hour. A bottle of water in the minibar would have been a thoughtful welcome gesture considering the summer heat, even though a 10% discount card was kindly provided for the family‑run restaurant located just below the apartments.

It was confortable and clean. The position was perfect, near the beach and near the bus station.
