The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced in room 320.

Location was good, rooms were clean but not stocked well, cheap and tiny soap, shampoo etc. Had to ask for kleenex as there was only 2 tissues in box.
Very disappointed in the process, Sadly very disorganized.
I booked our room, received confirmation email but when we got there to check in we were told they could not find the reservation, 20 min later it was located. Then we left to go park and get luggage and we were met at door and told there was a mix up and we were given wrong room. Ok, it happens. Gave us correct room and new key cards. Enter room and it is a king room not 2 queen which I reserved. I called front desk and asked if there was a change and was this the right room. I was told yes and not a problem. I proceeded to change to take a shower and a knock on the door....yep they screwed up again. We were told we were given wrong room again. They then gave us new key card and another new room down the hall. In less than 1 hour we were given 2 wrong rooms and finally the 3rd room we were given was correct. This is very poor management, training or something. We paid a crazy $170.00 for 1 night stay. Disappointed, irritated and would not recommend. Maybe comp the room? Offer a discount? Something? Not a thing! .
