Great location, short walk (5 minutes) to the beach and restaurants, and a 20 minute walk to the old town.
The apartment was lovely and clean, and a good size for 2 people so you didn’t feel on top of each other. It had a clean, modern bathroom with mini toiletries and gown/slippers provided. The balcony was spacious with great sea views to sit and enjoy breakfast! The breakfast bags delivered to the room each morning were a great idea and contained some of the best pastries/cakes. However, they were overly generous with the amount provided and we couldn’t eat it all every day - evening having some for lunch, so unfortunately we did end up wasting quite a bit which was a shame.
Air con worked but was limited to a certain temperature - not a problem for me, but my friend would have liked it a bit cooler!

The room is renewed and very comfortable. All the furniture was new and clean. The bathroom is very comfortable. There was complimentary wine and water in the refrigerator every day during our stay. The hotel is in the heart of Nea Chora with a superb view from the balcony. We enjoyed the breakfasts on our balcony. Supermarkets are close to the hotel. There are plenty of nice restaurants close to the hotel.
Car parking is not easy in Chania; it would be practical to learn where to park our car before arriving at the hotel. You can park on the right side of the road where there are no blue lines on the road. There is no reception so it is sometimes hard to contact with the hotel owner. Great location, great condition, immaculately clean, lots of thoughtful details in the room to make the stay comfortable. We had room 6, top floor with wonderful sunsets.
Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning, always made up of bread, cake and pastry with yoghurt jars on some days. The quality was very good, but too much sugar and carbohydrates for our taste. We would prefer some fruit or some meat/cheese and less cake/pastry.
