Host is super friendly and helpful and very responsive.
it was easy to communicate and allowed me for early check-in without any additional cost.
Area was quite/calm and 15-20 walk to many great restaurants and cafes. Aldi is just front door.
Internet was really good and high-speed works well for video conferences.
Value of the rental was too expensive about 2 times more vs a much more modern appartment in the same area.
Based on the value of the appartment (for ~140 EUR/night) I expected everything to look/feel much newer and functioning well. however, shower handle was fixed with a zip-tie and kitchen drawer handle were broken and broken bulbs and hot water didn't work for one might. however, water was fixed next day morning.
So in summery it was over priced for the appartment conditions and conditions of the equipment.
When needed to stay for additional night I decided to change to a different appartment which was half the price and at least 5 years newer within 10 minutes walk.

Really comfortable with warm welcome from the owner. There are washing facilities on the premises, just ask for a demo.
Great location for walking and transport to see this beautiful city and of course there is an Aldi directly opposite.
Felt really looked after.
