The view waking up in the morning is amazing.
Apartment in a little village... small but complete and well furnished. Watch your head when getting up from bed. Kitchen utensils are clean, a huge plus for me.
Our host Mr Bostgan was very helpful. Even did a load of laundry for us. Bohinj Lake is a short drive away. Mercator is walking distance for grocery. Several restaurants nearby.
Nothing. Just make sure you are doing a self drive to access the area

Sweet and responsive host who kindly provided recommendations and lent us bikes to head to the lake in just 15min. The room was comfortable with AC to fight off the heat.
Bathroom facilities were fine but with somewhat of a smell probably due to the canalization + heat

Pros:
in beautiful and quite residential area
Small balcony with table and lawn chairs over looking a beautiful mountainous scene.
Nice location: About 25 minute drive to start our 7 hour hike at Planina Blato, Bohinj. About 15 minutes to Bohinj town/lake
Very friendly host to greet us at arrival (need to pay city tax at arrival - $16.21 CAD)

Relatively comfortable bed
Old but well equipped kitchen (no stove) such as pots, cups, plates, cutlery.

Cons:
no A/C: being the summer, the room was very warm. When cooking, the place was like an oven. They provide one small fan, but this did not help much.
The bed quilt was much too heavy for the summer.
They had a very small, portable rack right beside the toilet with things like blow dryer, towels, etc. I feel this is not hygienic. They also had towel hooks beside the toilet. Also not hygienic. Perhaps add the towels hooks on the bathroom door instead.
Felt the shower floor was slippery. Maybe add grip pads.
