A verynice place to stay with a nuce pool and a very young and willfull, nice staff!

We travelled as a family with cousins, grandparents and young children! We loved the pool area and playground for the kids, the Terrace and restaurant were lovely for a meal. the food was great and the staff were excellent - especially Alexa and Olga who were so so helpful!
The hotel was also spotless!
The beds were a bit hard and would like an extra pillow!

The team was absolutely incompetent. It looks like that was “famose” place in the past, so the staff continue to behave like they are cool providing absolutely nonsense service.
The room was fancy but old. Since it was renovated a lot time ago It experienced as untidy and dirty.
Breakfast was ok, but for sure not for the price they charge.
