Clean
The wonderful terase could have a bit of shade. Nothing complicated, but it would make a big change, however it is not a criticism, only a many times repeated idea to the owner in the evaluation

Good value for money, simple double room but comfortable enough. The location is great just behind the zocalo and main church, a quick (uphill) walk from the bus station, lots of atmosphere in the surrounding streets as the market is always lively. Staff were accomodating and asked if we wanted the room cleaned daily, the place is kept pretty clean overall. Provided with towels and toilet rolls. Really couldn't expect much more at the price, so pretty fair really, and the location is pretty ideal.
Luckily we travel with a small powerful USB fan or the room would have been a little too hot and stuffy, no fans or Aircon provided. Its a lively area so noise could potentially be an issue although wasn't too bad while we were there. Its a shame they don't do more with the roof area it could be a great addition, currently nothing up there. Be aware there are no staff present at night.

Clean room.
A lot. First, there's no kitchen or fridge. Second, the rooms are right on an extremely loud market street. It gets loud with music and shouting in the morning while it's still dark. 3rd, the bathrooms smell.
