Cabana Flamingo TMRQ203K - The Rental To Chase Away The Winter Blues. Marquesas complex has construction scheduled for the roofing project from June 12th - July 3rd, 2024. During this time, your reserved parking spots will be unavailable and we ask you to park street side. Rates have been adjusted and no additional discounts will be applied. We apologize for the inconvenience. Stepping in the entry gate you will immediately notice the vibrant color scheme and understand where the name Cabana Flamingo came from. The outdoor space is one of the many attractions of this beautiful property. You can enjoy time with family and friends while soaking up some sun in the private courtyard. Moving indoors you will be greeted by new comfy furnishings that only add to the relaxing vibe. This well-laid out property offers a split floor plan so mom and dad can catch up on some Z's while the kids enjoy the other end of the property. Escape the everyday life and come enjoy a little time on the coast at Cabana Flamingo. CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -NOT PET FRIENDLY. We have stayed at this complex twice now (different units), they were both very nice, clean, well appointed. The communication from property management is also very good. The complex is only a 5 min. Drive to the beach, and walking distance to an ice cream shop, donut shop, coffee shop, and CVS

It is a really pretty confortable house, just please check your patio chairs because my wife fell on a broken chair she got really hurt if it was a elderly person it could have been fatal

Upon entering the property it appeared cleaned and cozy. It was definitely very gave off a relaxing experience. The pool access was not right outside of the property as it gave off to be but it was just a short walk away from the rental property. I'd definitely use again.

Stayed for an extra long weekend with family and friends. We’ve stayed in a different cottage before and loved it thought we’d stay again and give another cottage a try! This cottage felt very out dated. The kitchen table had a glass top that would spin. And with kids that gave me anxiety- all they wanted to do was spin it. The bed in the master felt like it was two beds put together and if you’d sit at the edge you would literally slip off due to no support. The front door was extremely hard to close you would have to really push hard to close it. Overall it was just ok - but would have to pass on it in the future, especially if we know the other cottages are nicer. Gave it 4 STARS only because the pool is super nice!

We were very pleased with our stay and the listing was just as described. The house was very clean with a great layout. It was nice having your own courtyard area and access to the swimming pool. The location was in a quite neighborhood and a 5-10 minute drive to most everything you need. I would highly recommend this for a rental.

This was our second stay at this property which we love! These 2 bedroom 2 bath cottages are nicely appointed. We did have a couple of comments. The TV was difficult to operate (both times) but with a call to the property management we were able to clear that up. The Cabana Flamingo in particular could have been a little cleaner though. The living room couch and chair being cloth were visibly dirty and the baseboards noticeably grimy in the bathrooms. But again overall we love the property which we found to be very quiet and we also enjoyed the pool.

We enjoyed our time at this location. It was a short distance from the beach and great restaurants. The community pool was fun for the entire family. Communication with the property management company was great. The furniture could use an upgrade.

Torture beds
The process of renting and entering property were excellent. No problems. The cabana was very clean and well stocked. It could definitely use some upgrades/replacements but nothing that is a deal breaker. You get 2 parking spaces right in front of the property which is very convenient.
The beds, however, were the worst beds I have ever slept in. They only have a top ‘mattress’ which was more like a pad not an actual matress. The metal frames made soooooo much noise. You couldnt move an arm without the whole thing squeaking. We were constantly waking each other up if we moved the slightest bit. This was both beds.
We left a day early because we just could not sleep another night in those beds.
Also, the fire department is right behind this particular cabana. Their bright property lights are on all night and light up the back bedroom and living area. Every morning we were awoken around 7:30 am ish by the FD checking all the sirens on their vehicles.
We’ve stayed in these cabanas before and never had an issue. However, we will not be staying in this particular one again.

Great July 4th getaway
Convenient location; close to beaches and restaurants. Beautiful, clean cottage with plenty of space for 8. Box fans and rollout beds were a nice surprise. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Mgmt was very quick to respond to questions or concerns. No issues during our stay.

Loved the outside sitting area and the kitchen/Great room was well supplied. We enjoyed gathering with friends and playing cards in this area. The weather 'twas not the best for outside activities.
That being said we had to clean the floors and kitchen after we moved into the cabana. Shower and tub in bathrooms needs work. The tub is very slow draining so you are standing in water while showering.. Both water Temperature valves needs to be replaced. The sink drain in master bedroom will not close and hold water. Mattresses in both bedrooms need to be UPDATED. The ceiling fan in the great room needs upper cover to be reinstalled. One kitchen chairs has a leg that loosens up every two or three days. Will not stay tightened up. We tried.

Check-in was easy, the rental was very clean and I loved that they have a washer and dryer to clean your clothes and towels after a day at the beach. My only reccomendation would be upgrade your bedding and mattresses. They were a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a great time and felt that the rental had been sanitized and thoroughly cleaned!

Overall it was a good stay....The house was clean, the location was nice and close to a beach. The house is less than 5 minutes to a CVS, Starbucks, and places to eat. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. My 2 issues were with the bed and couch. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and made a lot of noise when on it. I moved a pillow and the bed made noise! The bed almost felt as if we were sleeping on a futon mattress. We are in our 40's and sleeping on that type of mattress made for very restless nights and painful mornings. The furniture was also pretty uncomfortable. It looks to be in great shape but when you sit on it, the cushions no longer support as well as they must have when it was newer. I feel like replacing the mattresses and couch would go a long way for this place.
