The apartment is located in a very nice area exactly in the Old Town Sibiu. Old architecture with nice historic atmosphere.

I have paid for different apartment from the photos. The one that I staid was smaller and darker. Very dirty and not well maintained.

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location!

Such a beautiful and charming apartment in an absolutely amazing location! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved the location, definitely one of the highlights!

Unfortunately, there was no free parking available, although the listing stated that there would be. There is also no kitchen. This was completely my own misunderstanding, as I assumed that booking an entire apartment would include one, so this is not the accommodation’s fault at all. Just something to be aware of when booking.

OK for 1 night but would not recommend for longer stay.

The flat is in the city centre at pedestrian zone. So it is walking distance to all historical monuments etc. The main bed is comfortable.

The owner provided some video and instructions thru WhatsApp but still it was quite a challenge to find the place. And it was impossible to park anywhere nearby so I had to leave the car some 700m away and still pay for the parking on the street which was almost impossible because the mobile application is "not available in Your country" and the parking machines didn't accept the card. The flat is nicely renovated atfirst glance but some things need refurbishment. Like when You open the bathroom the door handle fall apart all the time and it is impossible to close the bathroom door from inside - plese fix it for future guests. There is no air conditioning which is uncomfortable on the hot Summer Day. And when You open the windows You get much noise from street.

A perfect place to explore the Old Town of Sibiu

Sibiu is a city you must see. The beautifully decorated apartment is in an old baroque building at the edge of the old town. You won't find a better location to explore the historic town. The oldest restaurant in Transylvania has been operating for over 400 years in a building that stands 50 m from the apartment. The street is closed to traffic. You can easily park your car at adjacent streets. The street parking costs 10 RON/day. It was prepaid by the host and I reimbursed him in cash at the departure.

There were 3 little problems. 1. We were 3, but there was bedding only for two. Andrei, the host brought the bedding, towels etc within 20 minutes. 2. There was no separate kitchen, but a table and a small fridge in the bedroom. This suited us fine. The problem was with the dishes. There were exclusively elegant tiny porcelain cups in perfect size for a tea party for dolls. 3. The bathroom was small and fully operational. However, it was impossible to take a shower without flooding the _whole_ bathroom floor. Andrei, if you read this, buy a squeegee with a long handle. This could be a temporary workaround.
