If you are looking for a quiet spot that is close to the lake and Silver Dollar City this is an ideal location for you. This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo recently had a massive remodeling. New furniture, new painting, new master bath, new flooring will provide you the crispy clean feeling the moment you step into the unit. Each bedroom is set up with a king size bed and the living room has a queen sofa bed to sleep up to 8 people in total. Large dining table, washer and dryer and kitchen amenities are all included with this condo. Whether you enjoy a morning coffee or watching the sunset, this condo has one of the best views of the Table Rock Lake in the area. Additionally, you will enjoy the benefits of having a boat slip included with your reservation. The boat slip is located at Indian Point Marina which is only 1/2 mile away from the condo property. Boat launch is also at the same location. Boat trailer parking is by our main office which is 1/2 mile away. IMPORTANT NOTICE: ** Per Indian Point Marina rules and regulations, we must have a copy of your boat insurance on file prior to your stay. Please send an image of this info to 417 230 9072 (Ph# will be visible after you book) You can also email it. **Only 2 vehicles are allowed at this property. If you have a 3rd vehicle it must be parked by our main office. Please contact us for assistance. **We only provide initial stock for some items. **Free EV charging for our guests. Charging station located by our main office which is 1/2 mile away from the condo. **Please review the amenities list for this condo prior to your booking and arrival.

Loved the location and lake view of this condo! Having a lake view and able to walk right down easily to the lake was perfect! Loved the high ceilings in the condo. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to our next visit!

The property is EXTREMELY clean. It seems that everything has been freshly painted and remodeled. There is an amazing view of the lake. We spent lots of time of the deck. The kids had fun in the pool. Be sure to bring beach towels. The outside of the building has new steps. It is very nice. There is LOTS of empty pantry space for storing food, yet they have all the pans, dishes, etc., that you would need. You will need to bring paper towels and other such items, as those are not provided. The refrigerator is old and small. The icemaker and water dispenser weren't working. I think they just haven't gotten around to replace it, yet. Most beds are comfortable, but we found the Master bed to be VERY UNcomfortable. There is, also, only one nightstand, so I had to put my phone on the window ledge. Everyone else said their beds were extremely comfortable, so I think this is another item they haven't replaced, yet. The master closet is very large. You might need to bring hangers, if you are staying awhile. The bathrooms are nice and clean and they provide plenty of towels. The shower is on the small side, but that is due to the age of the condo. There is a large bathtub in the Master Bath. Be sure to bring games and cards to play, as there are none in the condo. My husband enjoyed the use of the boat dock. He and our grandsons ate at the floating cafe quite a bit. They really enjoyed it. Once the mattress in the Master gets replaced, we would stay here, again

I brought my mother and her cousin to Branson for a quick pre-Thanksgiving trip. This condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Beautiful view! Coffee maker is a drip pot in case you're wondering what type coffee to bring! That's important info for some of us! 😁 Highly recommend this place! We've stayed here many times with family. We've always been pleased!

We enjoyed our stay!! We had plenty of space for our family. It was in close proximity to the Indian point Harbor where we rented a pontoon on Saturday. Only negatives was limited parking and the water had a lake odor. Other than that we enjoyed the condo!

Most of the condo was clean and fresh upon checking however the floors hadn’t been mopped between guests. Flip flops were a must for walking around the condo or your feet would be black with dirt in a few seconds. Beautiful views of the lake and ability to walk the trail to the lake.

The property is mostly as described (great views and nicely decorated) however the steps up to the 2nd and 3rd floors are in need of repairs. My daughter and I both tripped and slightly twisted our ankles on the same step. Also, there was an issue with the water system during our stay and the water smelled like sulfur. It tasted even worse. We used bottled water for drinking. The whole complex could stand a paint job too (but that’s minor). Overall a nice place with a great view of the lake.

We enjoyed the lake view and that a boat slip was included. There wasn’t very many parking spots and no room to park the boat trailer at the condo. Floors turned your feet black and the unit could have been cleaner. Overall it was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful stay here in this beautiful Condo. The place is very spacious and has a great view of the lake. Bedrooms all are large and comfortable. There is a lot to do nearby and it is easy to get to Branson. Would stay there again

Handan was very responsive to any inquiries and the condo was spacious and clean. Boat slip was a nice plus. Only complaint would be that the floors could use a thorough mopping. While they looked clean, our feet were literally black when walking on them.

The place was nice and clean! It worked great for me and my family. We brought a boat, so the available slip at the marina was convenient. There was plenty of parking at the marina to quickly shuttle back and forth.
