The cleanest, apartment sized rooms and the nicest hosts!

This is a personal home with a 2 bedroom apartment on one side and a 1 bedroom on the other attached. Very well done - looks great from the street. Plenty of off street parking on their property by the house. Owners are very desiring of meeting your every need, but not intrusive. They will contact you (if you haven't already) before you arrive to know your expected arrival time so they can be sure to be there. and give directions. Exceptionally neat and clean.

Not on the beach! But you will never be able to find a place to stay this clean and comfortable at this price point that is on the beach. And you aren't really that far from a beach in either direction if you have a car.

Book the Villas of John St. Rose

This property was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It is more secluded and away from the crowds but I felt like I was at home. The owners are the loveliest people I’ve met on the island. Even when my situation turned sour they were able to help me out and make me feel safe. They went out of their way for me and I will be forever grateful to them for that. Above and beyond and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I return. I loved it here and so will anyone else that chooses this property.

I had an amazing time at this stay. Quiet, safe and peaceful and oh I enjoyed the fruit trees too!

The property is very clean and in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The host was amazing and helpful with whatever questions I had. Very friendly and accommodating people that made sure I was comfortable as they checked in with me politely if I needed anything. The location of this property is in close proximity to pretty much everything beach, clubs, supermarkets, restaurants, movie theatre, gas stations, points of interest and more. I enjoyed my stay here. Thanks ladies for your kind hospitality!!!!

I enjoyed my stay, and I will be booking there again.

This property has a garden that includes: Noni, Coconuts, Aloe, Tumeric, Plantin, Cherries and many others. The Host are very accomondating and very nice. The property is very spacious and very clean. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and Air Conditioning.

There is only one TV….. which meant everybody has to watch the same thing.

I experienced peace, tranquility, nature, and rest each night after having fun on various St. Croix beaches and during

The location of the property is 3.5 miles from the airport and in the middle of St. Croix which allows me equal driving time access to every beach on the island. The owner and daughter were sociable and responsive to all of our needs. In addition they provided ripe avocados and mangoes. The one bedroom with bathroom along with the fold out sofa in a quaint living room adjacent to a more than adequate kitchen allowed my family to enjoy TV and the meals we cooked during our 6 day and five night stay. Although there were no weather issues during my stay there is a back up power generator in case there is a power outage on the island. The property is spacious in a well developed upper middle class residential community less than one minute from the main road. The property’s stone fence topped with rod iron decor surrounds well maintained fruit trees; such as coconut, avocado, banana, sour soup, olives, mango, etc. The property is situated among blocks of similarly well constructed and well maintained picturesque homes on seemingly freshly paved darkened asphalt two way lane roads with fresh yellow painted lines in the middle of the road. The quiet peaceful streets are excellent for morning and evening walks. The advertising I saw which drew me to booking this property did not give me a clue to what I experienced. I want to return with additional family members and book the two bedroom suite I toured for a more grand accommodation experience shared with more family. If they cannot arrange time to travel I will return to the one bedroom and repeat that great experience.

I did not like I forgot there was a laundry room and I didn’t wash my dirty clothes before I left.

Roomy condo, nice location

Location was very convenient to everything on island and situated in a nice tidy neighborhood. Owner was very responsive and extremely nice. The condo itself is very roomy.

stay was great the only downside was that you have to rent a car.

The property is extremely clean and well kept, very roomy and peaceful as well. The hosts, Mr. and Mrs. St Rose are extremely sweet, kind, and felt like family! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and elevated. The property was slightly secluded and high above the island so the viewpoint is gorgeous for sunsets and early morning rises. Most of all, we are just forever grateful for the care and hospitality that was shown to us by Mrs. St. Rose, and will be coming back simply because of this warmth we’ve received! :) Highly recommend!

the place was perfect. to relax and get some work done. it really is an experience the country part of the island is very beautiful.

i would not change anything it was very comfort. I really recommend to everyone that ones to get away for a couple of day out of the city life.

Exceptional

The hosts are friendly, hospitable and available. Bed and pillows were comfy, water was hot, wifi works well and the apartment is spacious with plenty of parking. The neighborhood is upscale, quiet and safe. The sea can be seen in the distance with lovely sunset views. The location is central island, so it's a good home base for adventures from east to west and north to south.

I would recommend this location to anyone going to visit St Croix.

Stayed at the villa for a few days. The owner was very kind and helpful. The villa was well kept and clean and had all the basic amenities one could ask for. Very nice place to stay, very quiet and tranquil location. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and making us comfortable during our stay. I would recommend this villa to anyone going to visit St Croix.

The stay was great and met my expectations. Great place for the value.

What i liked was the hospitality of the host and her availability. She had the home prepared and cleaned. The location is great and is central to many things. The area is beautiful and quiet.

The only think i wished was that I had reserved the two bedrooms. Additionally, it would be great if there were more towels and wash cloths.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect island getaway with all the conveniences. Friendly hosts that go over and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Enjoyed our short stay for my wedding. Will definitely be revisiting again.

Superb

I was welcomed by the hosts and shown into a spacious and airy one bedroom apartment. It is perfect for a solo traveler or couple and even has a sleep sofa for guests. The cupboard was stocked with easy breakfast foods and tea and coffee. Everything was spotlessly clean and it had just about every convenience. Beautiful yard, lovely view and I enjoyed my walks through the neighborhood. My hosts were very gracious and willing to help with my needs and answer my questions.

I chose not to rent a car and while there are stores and restaurants close by it requires walking on the main road which has no sidewalks. So renting a car or getting a reliable taxi driver, which I did, is advisable. This does not in any way detract from the location and my hosts were very helpful with finding a reliable driver.

It was a wonderful, the community that the villa is in is quiet and beautiful. You will need a car.

There was no breakfast, but the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessity to prepare your own meals.

Mosquitoes but that has nothing to do with the property.

Overall stay was relaxed and content.

Property is clean and safe. Proper lighting and ample parking. The unit is very spacious. The host very friendly and resourceful.

Excellent!! I would recommend

I liked the size of the unit it was spacious. Additional sofa bed if needed. I had access to wifi and laundry room. I had everything that was needed. Couldn't bet the price. It was a gorgeous house and great location. I would definitely recommend and if I need a place when I visit again I know where I'll be staying.
