Clean and tidy close to airport and a lot of food restaurant on the area.
No water or coffee compliment from the condo on that price there should be at least a tea or coffee bag that you can use on the day you check in just like other hotel did.

Ryan who was the guy who managed my stay was a superb host. He contacted me before arrival and provided guidance to 101. On arrival he arranged a Grab transport from Terminal 1 to 101. He guided me through the check in process and then took me to my room. He then gave me a gift SMART SIM and loaded it onto my phone for me. Then he took me out to the street showing the locations of shops and restaurants. Was a great experience for me Thankyou Ryan
I don't think anything could have been better at the price point for that level of accommodation.

Convenient
The address was not clear,the taxi brought us in a different building. We have to walk and drag our luggage in the middle of the night to move to another building. when we arrived we have to wait for the person responsible as they are still on their break. the room has only 1 decent double bed and a delipidated folding bed. My husband has to sleep in a short sofa since my sons will not fit on the sofa as they are too tall for the size.
