If you have a car, then the location is excellent as you can drive to almost anywhere from the property. It comes with an automatic gate so it is rather convenient to get in and out of the property.
Property is clean and in a quiet neigborhood.
Ample shampoo, handsoap, toilet paper provided. There's a kettle, stove, microwave, washing machine, plates, fork, spoon and knife, coffee mug, etc. They also have a TV (Android TV) and Astro but best to bring your own accounts / subscription if you want to make full use of the TV.
There's air conditioning in the three bedrooms as well as the living room.
There's a dedicated high speed Internet that's usable for streaming video, or for digital nomads, but would be great if they also provided a chair with a back rest for digital nomads to do work.
The property provided almost everything except:
* A towel rack / clothes hanger in each room. You can hang your towels outside in the clothes hander, but it would be great if we had a cheap towel rack and some hangers to hang out clotes in each room.
* Didn't look for it, but I also didn't see a hair dryer or iron / ironing board.
* If you don't have a car / bike, then this place is not for you.

New and very well equiped apartment. Very friendly hosts and 5 min drive from the ferry jetty. Secured parking space
You need to be able to plan your arrival (which is not exceptional for a private apartment rental)
