Would have given it. A higher score from 8 to 10,but arrived to find no wifi which we payed for only to be fobbed of and was told the router was broken and couldn't get a replacement for a week,also I think the track leading to the Holiday village was very treacherous for cars as there were pot holes 2 foot wide by 4 inches deep,the property it self was magnificent,the host thought of every thing that was needed for the perfect stay

It was quiet, very spacious clean and very spacious inside and outdoors.
The host wasn’t very helpfull getting back to us regarding the use of Wi-Fi. The mobile phone reception at the property was terrible so we couldn’t even access our own personal mobile data to access our phone apps the internet and watch freeview tv as the property only had basic tv channels. The bath was out of use as the mechanism that allows you to open and shut the plug valve didn’t work and the shower tray didn’t drain the water away fast enough causing the tray to overfill.

The cottage was incredible! The facilities were amazing. The garden was a large, enclosed space, perfect for our children. The hot tub was great and a special treat. All in all, it's the first place we've stayed at that I want to rebook for next year. Thank you for such a brilliant stay.
