The location was perfect and very central. Easy to get to from the airport via public transport and good communication when it came to check in and check out. Lockers are available for €1 on site if you need somewhere to keep your belongings on your last day and instructions on how to access the lobby again once check out completed.
It is very loud at night given the central location and proximity to night clubs and bars. We stayed over the weekend so noisier surroundings were to be expected - we still enjoyed our stay despite it being difficult to get uninterrupted sleep.

Brilliant location and really easy to check in and out. Beautifully decorated and had what we needed, including an ironing board and toiletries.
Host was communicative and helpful. I loved the balconies and the view of the square.
Only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because there was no bin (that we could find). Some local recommendations and personal touches would be nice too.

Central location in the old town, reasonably quiet because window on a narrow inner courtyard. Communication was fairly quick.
window on a grey narrow inner courtyard. The online check-in was required prior to arrival as was payment (the reservation said to pay on site). I felt that the process was tedious and poorly communicated.
