the property's conditions are unacceptable and completely different from what was shown in the listing.Upon arrival,

I had a terrible experience at this property due to severe lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene standards. Upon arrival, the place was completely uninhabitable and presented serious biohazard conditions that put my physical health at immediate risk. I could not stay here. When I contacted the host, they completely refused to take responsibility or provide any compensation. Furthermore, Booking.com washed their hands of the situation just because the host declined to issue a refund.

Not too bad, but not too good!

Old apartment, old and poor clean furniture, the lock hasp to enter the apartment was broken, the stove needs some attention and should keep it clean and free of odors...

the floors were not cleaned. there was not garbage on them. I walked with socks on and they got very dirty. other than that, I was very happy.
