The owners and others at the property are incredibly welcoming and kind. They take excellent care of the property and prepare a lovely breakfast. Nice to have coffee and tea anytime during the day, and the bar in the evening is a great addition.

The location of the Inn is perfect. It's close to everything from winter activities, restaurants, the center of North Conway is only a few miles away.

The breakfast and staff are out of this world. The river is soothing and simply amazing. The pool temp was perfect.
The wall paper on the walls was lifting, there was a large section of paint lifted on the bathroom ceiling right above the tub, there was stuff in the crevice of the sink.
