The management of property lied to booking.com that there was no complaint and there was from the first day

No fan no WiFi no tv we told the management the first day couldn’t get in the place give us the wrong key code to get key they told us the fan was stolen we can buy or own fan please told them we leave after 3 nights they that’s ok and told us to give refund for the remaining 9 nights we told on the phone to booking.com and on email but no luck yet so we got scammed by management and booking.com We paid booking.com

Not bad. I’d stay there again.

Very close to center of city and close to espace Mayenne. Also right next door to excellent Kebab restaurant and on a convenient bus line. Nice coffee machine and kitchen appliances. Heat worked.

Had to ask for sheets for 2nd bed but they did arrive quickly when asked for. Had to buy washing machine detergent. Had to buy second hand soap dispenser. Washing machine a bit hard to use (handle broken). But washing machine did work. A bit hard to find in dark but that’s common in older French homes.

It was ok.

Difficult to find. I was offended by a person that rented the floor below. Cleaning at 4pm was not finished. In the description at booking.com there is indicated that there is a parking. There is not! You have to park on a public parking and walk half a kilometre. The landlords do not pick up the phone. And they don't give an invoice. Not recommendable for business travellers

Great location for a short stay around Laval

Location of apartment, quiet, apartment contained enough supplies for a few days, great WiFi connection.

Condition of apartment. Radiator needs refixing onto wall, dishwasher was out of use, ceramic hob was cracked, signs everywhere giving instructions, settee stained, generally in need of a refurbishment
