Het is een prachtig authentiek 19e-eeuws gebouw op een prima locatie, vlakbij Bari. De kamers zijn ruim, de bedden zijn comfortabel en er is een ruime zaal (soort tuinkamer) om te ontbijten. De gastvrouw- en heer zijn erg vriendelijk en waren geduldig tijdens het communiceren in het Italiaans. Het ontbijt is Italiaans met voldoende en gevarieerd aanbod en goede koffie. Elke dag verse vijgen uit de tuin kunnen eten. De recensies die klagen over te weinig eetgelegenheid in de buurt, hebben niet goed gezocht, er zijn verschillende pizzeria's, restaurants en bars op loopafstand in het dorp. Grumo Appula is een klein dorp waar niet heel veel te doen is, voor ons verblijf was het perfect, het ligt op 20 minuten rijden van Bari en er is meer dan genoeg parkeergelegenheid.

La dimora è un palazzo antico: il fascino degli arredi consoni alla struttura, le camere spaziose e con ogni confort sono il punto di forza. Il letto matrimoniale con doppi cuscini è stato comodissimo, il bagno pulito ma non molto spazioso. La colazione per me sufficiente ed essenziale. La padrona di casa è molto disponibile.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer.
Gut gelegen, um in ca. 20 min am Flughafen zu sein.
Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Unser Zimmer lag leider zur Bahnlinie und spät nachts und auch schon recht früh morgens fuhren ziemlich laut Züge vorbei.
