We arrived on a late flight and the keys were in a key safe at the entrance for our collection. The owner & host/ assistant were informative with the check in process.
Although it's level 4, it was more like 8 levels of stairs to climb. Thankfully, the small elevator allowed us to transport our luggages to and from the apartment with ease. On the day to day basis, we would squeeze 4 people into the small old elevator and a 5th person would take the stairs. It's a good work out on the climb up. All good.
The house is clean. The air conditioning for all the spaces were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils in case you want to cook.
Stocked with plenty of towels.
Our biggest issue with the stay was the owner's assistant/host Attila entering the apartment without prior notice or communication. We were showering/ napping at the time when he unlocked the door and let himself in. This startled the family, especially all the female members. We had informed the host of the lack of a clothes air dryer. Attila turned up to the apartment, he said he knocked prior to letting himself in because he thought no one was home. First of all, professionally speaking, while the property is paid for and occupied, no host should enter the property without informing the guests and even more so when you think no one is there. Secondly, we had informed the host we've looked everywhere for the air dryer. Attila had let himself into the house, startled us, then proceeded to open bedroom doors and look around for the air dryer without gaining permission or even introducing himself. It's a big breach (if it is not considered an invasion) of guest privacy. Guests cannot be made to feel insecure during their stay. We stayed at the property for 4 nights and remained unpleasantly concerned and paranoid about strangers entering the property. This is especially for the guest staying in the back bedroom by the stairwell and front door. We have stayed at more than a dozen apartments during this trip across 3 countries and no other accommodation caused us to feel more unsettled. Other properties even stated in writing the host will not enter the apartment during the booking without prior arrangement and consent from their guests.
The ill-fitted curtain for the bedroom in the back (near the front door with a window into the communal stairwell) should be replaced with a wider and thicker curtain to provide privacy to the guests staying in that room. Current curtain does not cover the full width of the window.

Prostorné, dobře vybavené, skvělá poloha, venkovní žaluzie. Opravdu hodně ručníků a perfektně vybavená kuchyň. Příjemná komunikace v češtině.
Jedna ložnice nemá okno, osvětlená je přes vedlejší ložnici prosklenými částmi stěny. To je problém hlavně, když v jedné ložnici chce někdo spát a ve druhé chce ten druhý svítit. Toto by mělo být uvedené v popisu ubytování. Polštáře potřebuji vyměnit - jsou slehnuté a tvrdé. Jinak postele pohodlné, jen v místnosti s dvěma lůžky jsou tvrdší.
