We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the apartment. It is spacious, comfortable, and located just a 5-minute walk from the sea.
Everything is new and in excellent condition. The apartment is fully equipped, including an oven, microwave, and everything you need in the kitchen. The mattress was very comfortable, and we slept really well. The building is quiet, and despite being close to the city, we could not hear any street noise.
We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this apartment again if we return to Batumi.
A huge thank you to the host for making our stay so comfortable!

Очень уютная стильная квартира, есть все необходимое, никаких проблем с горячей водой! Все очень чисто, удобно, думаю, квартира только что после ремонта! В квартире есть сейф!
Дом расположен в Старом городе, рядом пешеходная зона, парк, пляж, магазины, обменники, кафе, рестораны, аптеки!
Никаких проблем с лифтом, все отлично!!!
По приезду нас ждала бутылка вина от хозяина, это очень приятно!
Хозяин квартиры Георгий и девушка-администратор всегда на связи!
Не было такого совсем!

Отличная светлая и уютная квартира ! Фото соответствуют. Есть вся необходимая бытовая техника, новая, исправная! Море, достопримечательности, рестораны-все рядом. Отзывчивые хозяин и администратор, всегда на связи, отвечают на любые вопросы и просьбы!

Расположение, цена, новое здание и современный ремонт, возможность раннего/позднего заселения, балкончик с неплохим видом на 8-ом этаже, все современные удобства присутствуют
Немного шумный кондиционер, если открыть окно или сидеть на балконе.
