A spacious apartment featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom, with everything provided, including a coffee machine and a washing machine. It has a massive balcony running along the entire apartment that overlooks a lovely green courtyard. The building itself has a unique design—a blend of modern and vintage styles. The host was very pleasant, met us on the street, and showed us around. Although there is no private parking, there were free public spots on the surrounding streets and in a small nearby yard, so we had no trouble parking our car. Great location: just a 10–15 minute walk to the Old Town and the port. Supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are all nearby. (We didn't go to the beaches, as in my opinion, Split isn't really about a beach holiday).
This doesn't apply to the apartment itself, but Split as a whole feels a bit different from typical coastal resort towns—it can be a little grittier, but the Old Town is well worth a visit, and the port offers plenty of boat trips to beautiful bays and islands.

The host was there to meet us, showed us around the property, and was very friendly and helpful. Tatiane, who I understand is the Host Manager and who we communicated with by email, was also friendly and excellent at keeping in touch before our arrival. Overall, my family and I were very happy with our stay and would happily recommend the apartment.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Set in a quiet residential area, it's conveniently located only 5 or so minutes walk from the centre of Split. We loved being able to use the washing machine and drying our clothes outside on the line. We didn't sit out on the balcony as the weather was extremely hot during our stay - but we can vouch for the effectiveness of the aircon :)
The exterior of the apartment block looked a little austere and in need of some love, but the interior more than made up for it. The surrounding peacocks like to wake you up early!
