The location was really convenient. It was only around a 10-minute walk to the beach, with three bars and a supermarket nearby. The bed was also very comfortable.
Unfortunately, there were quite a few things that let the property down. The TV was very old and the remote didn’t work properly, which made it extremely frustrating to use. The water was only ever tepid rather than hot, so having a shower was not a pleasant experience. The air-conditioning was loud and didn't cool the apartment down, it also leaked water over the patio which I nearly slipped over in. The sofa was probably the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat on and definitely needs replacing.
The welcome pack states that mosquito plug-ins are provided around the property, but every one we found was empty. This was particularly disappointing as mosquitoes were an issue during our stay.
The kitchen facilities were also quite limited. There is no oven, only a microwave and hob, which makes cooking proper meals difficult if you are staying for a week or longer.
Overall, these are all fairly basic things that could easily be improved and would make a significant difference to the comfort of the property.
