Really liked the location - my son is steam train enthusiast - and the B&B is very short walk to the Dolgoch statiopn on the Talyllen line. Also - got great cooked breakfast every morning.

The breakfast was well prepared and the location was nice and remote: ideal for if you want to get out of the cold and windy city for a week

Easy check in, breakfast was excellent and area was great.
Bed was terribly uncomfortable, room and hotel in general needs a good update and a re - decoration. Also room could do with a deep clean as it was "grubby" and not really up to standard. Water stains on the wall in the corner need attention. I was in a single room (3) and was up a flight of stairs. Did not sleep at all well and if I had not had a motorcycle accident during the second day I would not have stayed there a second night.
