About this apartment rental
This luxurious brand new penthouse is located on the 5th floor of Malaga's famous building Malaga Felix Saenz, which was considered the most privileged location of the city at the beginning of the 20th century. It was completely renovated in 2011.
The accommodation is on the top floor of the building and offers a large living room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, dining table and access to a narrow balcony overlooking the rooftops. The living room has access to a fully equipped kitchen; on the charming terrace, you will find a dining table and breathtaking views of the city. The bedroom has an extra large bed, a bathroom with shower, a wardrobe and also has access to the balcony. This apartment is of exceptional quality and is perfect for a romantic getaway in the city.
The accommodation has air conditioning, high speed internet, internet TV. For your convenience, we can arrange private parking at a nearby location for €15 per day, subject to availability. Please note that advance reservation is required to secure a parking space.

Perfectly situated condo, walking distance to everything especially the Mercado Ataranzanas, was clean, well equipped, bed was amazingly comfortable, staff was friendly, communicative and helpful. Wifi was stable and the balconies North-East geographical orientation was ideal for my StarLink satellite. I was not aware cars can not drive up to the entrance so we had to roll our luggage for about a block. Was not a big deal but if we had more luggage it would’ve been a challenge. I would stay here again, highly recommend!

Nice property, great location. Property was not ready for check in when we arrived at 5pm. We had to leave for an hour due as it was being cleaned. Our only complaint is that the water heater does NOT support showers for multiple people because It is very small.

We continue to enjoy the great location of this lovely top floor flat with its outside terrace overlooking the Felix Saenz square in the heart of Malaga. The location is superb, close to the central market and a short walk to all the cafes and restaurants of the Historic Centre. In addition it's close to the Alameda where you can transport links to all areas of the city and beyond. The flat is well appointed and secure with a concierge at the front desk during the day and two lifts to each floor. The communal areas are kept immaculately clean. The terrace, next to the kitchen is a bonus with a table and chairs to eat outside and enjoy the views. The flat has plenty of storage space and has a comfortable sofa and chairs together with a good size internal dining room table. Solaga staff are quick to respond to any issues during the stay. We will be back in 2026!
The Television continues to be a challenge to find channels via the Movistar web link. Clearer TV instructions are needed. A greater variety of kitchen pots and pans would be useful as would a teapot!
In the bathroom a dish in the shower to place shampoo and shower gel would be useful together with a grab rail.

It was a good apartment, although the bathroom was very small and there was nowhere to put any toiletries.
A few small touches could improve the stay, such as a welcome pack or even a bottle of water and some teabags, milk and coffee etc.
The outside area was a little shabby and uninviting.
