Exceeding expectation

The building is new and maintained very well also a lot of facilities, like staying in your own place.

Lack of communication

The location is perfect, everything is around and easy to reach.

What we didn’t like was that we couldn’t reach out with the staff even the day before out arrival. We tried calling them a several times, there was no answer. On the arrival day, there was zero instructions how to get in to the apartaments. Tried calling them again, but still no answer. Also, they gave us the wrong pilot for parking’s gate and pointed out parking lot in an absolutely different garage. So basically we couldn’t get in to the right parking. Thanks to security agent who opened it for us. The staff lacks of communication with their guests. The apartaments need renovation, there was a leakage in the showers, wobbly water tap, left unwashed pans in the cabinets and etc. Beds need replacement. At least of the mattresses. All things considered, we think that we won’t be coming here anymore.

We stayed 3 weeks but i have never seen this picture in my entire life. The bed was so dirty.
