About this house rental

This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It easily sleeps 6 people. It has one large deck, which faces the canal and the Bay side. There are two grills downstairs (charcoal and gas). The downstairs has a outdoor shower and fish cleaning table and sink. The boat slip will fit as large as a 24 foot boat. The house has WiFi which the password will be provided upon your stay.

Great property and location very roomy and clean. It’s on the canal so we had fun fishing and swimming plus going to the beach. No issues with the house or area highly recommended.

Everything about our stay at this house was excellent. The beds are very comfortable and the house was very clean. I’m a very picky person when it comes to where I stay, but I definitely plan on staying at this house again. The neighborhood is quiet and my boys enjoyed fishing from the dock. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook with and it is good quality stuff, not half broken pots and pans. And the biggest plus about this house is the air conditioner!!! The entire house stayed cool including the downstairs bedroom. I’m looking forward to my next stay!!!

This canal house was perfect for us! We loved the location on the canal and in the neighborhood and the proximity to the marina/restaurant. Daniel made it super easy to check in and out. The boat lift was so nice to have and fishing off the dock was fun. Inside the house we found everything we could possibly want or need. King-size bed was super comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. We look forward to coming back!

Checking in was good & easy. We were surprise the other queen bedroom is downstairs beside the storage room and not upstairs with us. The door knob fell out as we open it and it was not easy to put it back hence we called the owner to fix it. Owner is responsive. Downstairs room is small with attached bathroom. The bedside lamp light bulb was not working so I have to buy one myself because my parents need it. We headed upstairs, the masterbedroom is a good size but there’s only one central bathroom. The fridge is full of their items so we didn’t have enough space to put our stuff. There’s 7 of us so we need fridge space to put food in. We went fishing at their backyard canal however there was not a single fish! Very disappointed. We went to buy the live shrimp bait from the nearby marina, it was not a pleasure experienced, they were not organize, unfriendly and we waited about an hr to buy the bait. It was an ok experience because we could not wait to go home.
