Very conveniently located, close to buses and trams. Apartment very well furnished: fridge, normal oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
We can confirm that the windows are sound-proof. During our stay workers where busy, all night long, to asphalt the street just under our windows, but we were able to sleep.
Small supermarket just around the corner.
You get the keys at a different location, not the one you are staying.
We were asked for a 200 PLN deposit, which was however returned two days after we left.
Instructions to find and open the apartment are not very clear (at least for people not used to the way building are numbered in Poland). The apartment we rented was at number 24/26: but there happened to be two "symmetric" door with the same number (one supposedly the 24 and the other the 26 - but they are not marked as such).
The entrance door to the building cannot be opened from the apartment, so you need to go downstairs from the third floor (at least till they fix the intercom), to open to the rest of your party. And there is no elevator...
