The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Our plane was delayed and they were very supportive with all the changes we had to make in dates, boat times from Male, etc. Communication was always easy with them. They would reply my messages within hours.
The location was also fantastic. Minutes walking from bikini beach.
Finally, since the purpose of our trip was diving, the quality and reliability of the diving center was a priority for us, particularly diving with 2 teenagers. Go Divers, the diving center from the hotel, was 5 stars. From Zalif, the manager, to Darren and Anna, they were all amazing. We always felt safe, well taken care of and got to have an amazing time underwater.

Breakfast was a bit basic but food is pretty basic in the entire island so to me is more a question of what’s available on the island. Still they managed to provide a bit of variety every day.

We really liked the spacious family room concept, which was comfortable and perfect for families. The location was also excellent, with several restaurants conveniently available on-site. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only suggestion I would make is to have their own buggy service for transfers to the sandbank. A buggy with a roof for shade and cushioned seating would make the ride much more comfortable, especially since the route is quite bumpy.

Breakfast and staff service was really good.
Whale Shark & Manta Ray excursion was fantastic.
The smell of cat urine in reception and the area around the stairs
The communication with staff, lacking good English.
The room cleaning… empty drink bottles left for a few days, coffee not replenished each day.
Slow service, our TV wasn’t working on our first day, it took hours for someone to fix it, I went down to Reception twice for an update & I also had to wait a couple of hours to get more coffee for our room.
