The apartment was ideally placed to walk to all amenities including the beach, shops and restaurants, the port for boat and ferry trips and the bus station for trips out of town. The location couldn’t have been better. The pool was lovely and never too busy. The apartment was comfortable with very nice gardens.

Ottimo per la posizione
Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo appartamento. Piccolo ma con tutto ciò che occorre e a due passi dal centro. Abbiamo viaggiato con due bimbi piccoli e anche la bellissima spiaggia Rena bianca si può raggiungere in un quarto d'ora di camminata. Terrazzino ampiamente sfruttabile. La proprietaria è stata disponibilissima nell'offrirci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno anche dal punto di vista turistico!
La piscina è stata la ciliegina sulla torta! Che dire:è andato tutto più che bene!

Schöner Strandurlaub
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die zentrale Lage und kurze Entfernung zum Strand hat uns gefallen. Am Pool könnten wir uns austoben und entspannen. Der Strand und das Meer sind wunderschön. Im Städtchen gibt es viele Eisdielen und Restaurants. Die Gastfreundschaft der Sarden ist überall zu spüren.

Very nice apartment with a balcony and the swimming pool, located in the city centre, but in the quiet location. Short distance to everything you need. Very friendly and helpful host, from which we got very useful information about the recommended places, beaches and restaurants recommended. The only minus was that supply linen and towels were not included in the price.

Residence molto carino, di giuste dimensioni (non troppo grande) e ottima disposizione degli appartamenti che garantisce il massimo rispetto della sfera privata. Appartamenti molto curati, ben arredati e funzionali, pulitissimi e comodi. Molto curati e puliti anche tutti gli spazi comuni. Incantevole il giardino che circonda la piscina di grandezza più che sufficiente. Personale gentilissimo e molto discreto. Posizione strategica per raggiungere tutto a piedi. Adatto a tutti. Sicuramente da consigliare.

l' appartamento e molto bello situato in una posizione strategica confortevole e con una bella vista sul giardino o con piscina in un zona tranquilla da dove si puo andare in tutte le direzioni per raggiungere le spiagge.la Sig. GINETTI è molto gentile e premurosa e sempre a disposizione come il custode.

Nice stay in Sardegna
My wife and I stayed here 5 nights in mid sept. We were pleased with our selection and stay. Nice balcony.
Clean and as described in listing. Francesca was very responsive and helpful in spite of not being on location we were easily able to checkin and out with the on site caretaker (who was also very kind and was able to get a hair dryer for my wife to borrow).
The setup and equipment is basic but functional. If you come by car you may want to bring the basics with you (sugar, salt, pepper, dishwashing soap etc) although there is a nice “price leader” supermarket with very inexpensive supplies if you need.
The local beach in Santa Teresa is within 10 min or so walking distance with the hill to climb coming home to build your appetite! Other beaches close by are great too if you have a car.
We slept with windows open mostly although there can be some noise from garbage truck and local bar down the street. No insects : that is great! At night it’s quiet otherwise. Parking was not a problem at the time we stayed. We did not try the pool but it was clean and appealing.
All in all good stay. I think a family with a couple younger children would enjoy as well.

L'appartamento è accogliente e perfetto per una famiglia di quattro persone anche se ne può accogliere sei.
Abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo l'appartamento pulito e la gentile collaborazione del custode. La proprietaria è sempre disponibile telefonicamente o via WhatsApp e molto gentile.
La posizione è comoda essendo in città. Ci sono molte belle spiagge intorno. Per quanto riguarda le necessità giornaliere non sorge alcun problema in quanto disponibili tutti gli esercizi commerciali necessari. E' una sistemazione che consiglieremmo a parenti e amici. La sistemazione è adatta anche ai bambini piccoli ai quali ha fatto molto piacere la piscina nei momenti di relax.

L'appartamento è spazioso e ben organizzato. Fornito di tutto quello che serve anche per cucinare. Bella l'esposizione, mai troppo assolato. La sera cenare sul terrazzo è un piacere. Bella piscina, utile in caso di tempo incerto o forte vento. Il custode è sempre presente e molto disponibile. La propietaria, sebbene non fisicamente presente, è molto disponibile e simpatica. Il suo aiuto è prezioso se non si conoscono la Sardegna e i sardi.
La spiaggia di Santa Teresa è una delle più belle, e a due passi trovate tutto quindi anche coi mezzi pubblici farete una bella vacanza. Assicuratevi di sapere il prezzo prima di acquistare qualunque cosa, anche in gastronomia! A volte si hanno brutte sorprese...

Nous avons passé un beau séjour à Santa teresa,Francesca répond très vite aux messages et donne de bons conseils!!!
Les plages autour sont très belles.Nous ne sommes pas allé à Rena bianca ,la plage du bourg car pas une place pour poser sa serviette!Mais en voiture nous en avons trouvé de plus belles encore!a moins de 5 km....Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré est qu il n y a aucune place pour se garer devant la résidence,ni derrière...et étions toujours garé loin de l appartement,pas toujours pratique....Sinon tout est à proximité,magasins ,beau marché nocturne le soir.....

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung- das sagt ja schon alleine viel aus... Einfach und zweckmäßige Wohnung und trotzdem haben wir uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Francesca ist eine fürsorgliche Gastgeberin, vielen Dank auch für die leckeren Kekse. Tolle saubere Anlage mit Pool mit fussläufiger Nähe zum Ortszentrum. Santa Teresa ist ein unterhaltsamer Ort. Wunderschöne Strände sind auch nah- also alles was für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt.

We had a super time in the apartment and Santa Teresa Gallura! Francesca was very helpful and gave lots of good advise that made our stay even better. The apartment itself is in good shape and well equipped, and worked excellent for our family of 5 (kids 4,7 and 9 years old). The building and surroundings is very well kept and clean, and the kids loved the pool. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance including supermarket, restaurants and town beach. All in all highly recommended, we hope to be back some time!

We had a super time in the apartment and Santa Teresa Gallura! Francesca was very helpful and gave lots of good advise that made our stay even better. Ottimo soggiorno rilassante a S. Teresa di Gallura
Il clima non è stato ideale, ma l’appartamento, con sei posti letto goduto da solo due persone, è stato, per l’appunto, goduto! Esso dà sulla piscina ed essendo al terzo piano permette una insolita e bella vista sui monti della Gallura. Abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine, la manutenzione del Residence è encomiabile: il giardino è un ambiente estremamente gradevole, la piscina, controllata da un bagnino è un richiamo irresistibile per grandi e piccini. Particolarmente gradita la doccia riscaldata! Le parti comuni sono impeccabili. L’appartamento è ben attrezzato e vicino a Supermarket, negozi e ristoranti.

So we just returned from Sardinia. We stayed a few days at the residence and i must say we enjoyed the stay. Apartment comes with everything you need with a surprisingly useful kitchen. The residence comes with a pool..but it is open when the season starts (probably in June). Building it self very secure and safe. Only thing we missed is a washing machine.. but this is just some 200m down the street. Parking place is beside the residence doug im not sure how is it when the tourist season is at is height.
Bottom line, we can recommend the apartment, and the owner Francesca is very helpful and kind with providing all sort of useful information a person would need during the stay.

Centrally situated, close to supermarket, bus station and many restaurants.
The property is perfect for a couple or a couple with two small children. Francesca, the owner, was extremely hands on and helpful giving us lots of advice and answering any questions we might have. The pool and gardens are well cared for and there is a life guard on duty most of the day. The apartment had everything for our needs and being on the 2nd floor, had nice views of the mountains. We ate breakfast and lunch there and went out in the evenings to the many restaurants which are all within walking distance from the apartment. The beach in the town is also only 10 minutes away and a lovely beach for swimming. As we did not hire a car, it was nice to have a beach and all amenities close by. We would stay there again.

La casa rispecchia quello scritto nella descrizione !! Si trova in una posizione strategica , vicino a tutto e a dieci minuti dalla rena bianca e dal centro !!! E nelle vicinanze con la macchina si arriva in altrettante meravigliose spiaggie!! Nella casa c'è l'indispensabile !!! Noi eravamo in quattro siamo stati benissimo , anche i miei bambini che tutti i giorni al ritorno dal mare si tuffavano in piscina !!! Grazie alla signora Francesca che ci ha dato ottimi consigli !

Delizioso appartamento a Santa Teresa di Gallura
La posizione dell'appartamento era ottima: in una via residenziale molto tranquilla ma girato l'angolo ti trovi già nel centro del paese e a tutti i principali servizi (supermercato, edicola, bar...), la spiaggia di Rena Bianca (bellissima) la si può facilmente raggiungere passando per il centro in 10 minuti di cammino, in 5 minuti di auto si raggiungono già le bellissime spiagge di Capo Testa.
L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un residence con un giardino molto curato e una bella piscina e corrisponde alla descrizione contenuta nell'inserzione.
Francesca, la proprietaria dell'immobile, è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile nei nostri confronti.

Siamo stati a Santa Teresa io e la mia compagna, nella prima settimana di settembre, nell'appartamento della Signora Francesca che, sin da subito, si è dimostrata estremamente cordiale, disponibile e professionale. L'abitazione è molto carina, si affaccia sulla piscina del residence ed inoltre dista 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Rena bianca. Ha sicuramente una posizione strategica visto che dista altrettanti minuti dal porto turistico, dove, qualora si volesse, c'è la possibilità di partire per gite di una giornata alla volta dell' arcipelago della Maddalena. Che dire, luogo e soggiorno estremamente piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista.

We had a really lovely vacation in Santa Teresa di Gallura. Beautiful beaches everywhere and a really nice town with great restaurants. This apartment is in a perfect location. Just around the corner there is a big supermarket, bakery, pescheria and many other stores. Its a 10 min close walk to the piazza with all restaurants and about 10 min to the lovely Rena Bianca beach. The balcony was great with a wiew over the pool area and the kitchen have the most things thats needed. The landlord, Francesca was really helpfull with every questions we had before and during the vacation. She answered email very quickly every time. I highly recomend this apartment!

Only a few minutes walk into the town centre and beach, which was lovely (but crowded). Lots of nice restaurants to choose from. We found our accommodation most comfortable with a balcony over looking the pool. Facilities were modern, clean and suitable for our requirements. We prefer to prepare our own meals, so the kitchen allowed us to do this. The owner assisted in every way, giving information, timetables and ensuring that the unit was suited to our needs. Nice quiet location, as well as being close walking distance to supermarket, city square and beach.
