Fantastic location, right outside a metro station and a 5 minute walk to a lot of restaurants. The rooms are located in an old building which had a certain charm, but the rooms are all new creations. The room was clean and the bathroom was excellent. The staff were very helpful. You get a small breakfast in a cafe next door which we found a pleasant contrast to big hotel buffet breakfasts.
I would not have liked to arrive outside business hours as the building is locked and I would have been relying on prior communication with the owner to make sure I got in. However, as noted above, staff were very attentive.

Breakfast was the minimum: a drink and a pastry.
On booking.com it said there would be 24-hour reception and that it was a hotel: not so. It is more of an air bnb with staff trying to get in touch by phone (even though they are very helpful, once you get in touch with them)

Good location
There is no heating, except ac which didnāt work on heating, the āItalianā breakfast included (one croissant and a coffee served at a nearby cafeteria), and the cleaning lady who stole one of my body products.
