Good value for the price
There is a water leak. The bedsheet is a little dirty, and the pillowcase is yellowish.

Great value for money! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities provided were worth the price paid. The staff were helpful, and responded promptly to any requests or questions. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I am satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would consider staying here again in the future.
The only minor thing I noticed was that the bed was quite low to the floor, which may take some getting used to. Other than that, everything was good and met my expectations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable stay.
