This delightful, semi-detached cottage sits two miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, sleeping ten people in five bedrooms.
Highcroft is a charming, semi-detached cottage, one of two holiday properties set in the grounds of the owners' home, located two miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. With five bedrooms including two king-size doubles (one with an en-suite bathroom), plus two twins (one on the ground floor), and one single with pull-out stacker bed, this cottage can sleep ten people. There's also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with dining and utility area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside is off road parking for four cars, plus a private, enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ and shared use of two acres of wildlife garden and a tennis court. Highcroft offers large groups of friends and families a character base from which to discover nearby, delightful Stratford-upon-Avon, along with the surrounding beautiful countryside of the Cotswolds.

Oil AGA, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lockable bike storage. The property was wonderful. Our whole family, from different states, met at the house for a week. The house was comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, and wonderful patio and gardens. We would definitely recommend the property for a family get together.
