The location is very central - at the heart of the Old Town. That means you have all the bars, tourist extractions and the essence of Malaga literally on your doorstep. That also means all the noise from the night (and day) life. However, the windows are isolating perfectly from all that.
The host is super nice and helpful. The lady who met us at the door to greet us and let us in gave us a full list of recommendations for eating spots, groceries, and general tips on how not to fall into touristic traps of Malaga.
The apartment itself is spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped and clean.
AC also works fine what in Málaga is important.
The only downfall was that one of the bedrooms is over a kebab place which rubs some sort of machinery that makes a noise during the operation hours (that is from afternoon till 7 am the next day) so if you're a light sleeper - make sure you stay in the other of the two bedrooms.

Excellent location, right in the old town. Although very busy outside, no noise could be heard at night with windows shut and aircon on. Clean and well equipped. Person that let us into the apartment was extremely helpful, showing us around and giving us advice on places to go and eat etc.
There was no view from the upstairs bedroom, which was a shame. Other rooms at front had views out to the square. Also the upstairs bathroom had no shower door, so water went over the floor when showering.

The apartment itself is perfectly located and beautifully furnished and comfortable inside. Meeting up with the host was seamless.
The communication is truly disappointing. There was an unbearable knocking sound that started at 5pm the day we checked in, in the top floor bedroom - it rendered the top bedroom unusable so we slept downstairs. We texted immediately to ask if someone can come and look, and the answer we got was not one from a caring host. The host only then came the next day at almost noon, we felt our issue was not taken as seriously. If their guest relations can be improved then they could potentially be great. We did not mind the stairs and note that parking is about 26euros per day, so better for someone without a car.
