The staff was great! Super helpful and willing! The shop and rooftop bar were clutch. Travis and Angel are the best dudes in Rincon. They’ll take great care of you!

Only small thing was when we arrived there was no one at the front desk for about 20 mins. But to be fair it was 8pm. No worries.

We always stay here when we come to Rincon. However this time around our room was located in the parking area. Did not like at all!

The room was located in the parking area. No balcony . In addition the towels were dingy. They were not white as they should for your customers. We went to the reception area and got them replaced.
