A lovely little hotel right in the port, it was so helpful being so close to everything. The staff were all friendly, especially the woman serving (a very tasty) breakfast. Definitely book a seaview room, I did not an wish I had! Although the shared balcony was also very nice 😊 A perfect home base in Hydra.

Could not be better located, right in the centre of the harbour and 2-minute walk to the ferry. Room was quirky and ours was a duplex so bedroom upstairs. Ideal base for exploring Hydra town and 20-30 minute easy walk to some nice beaches at Vliches and Plakes (both pebble-y). Food was great, could have had it served in room but we chose to eat at the communal dining table, plenty of choice and everything was fresh. Small supermarket next door at ground level and luggage storage (for last day) was a great option. It is quite a quirky place decor-wise but we liked it. Supply ferries unload opposite the hotel but it won't impact noise wise and quite fun to sit outside and watch as everything gets broken down onto donlets and battery carts for distribution. Super clean and very quiet.
Very minor quibbles but AC unit was loud and you had to put the immersion on for 20 minutes to get hot water to shower but we worked around both and would not say it would detract from a great stay.

The location was perfect!! Right in front on the port where the ferry drops you off. It is only a minute walk to the hotel. The staff was helpful and responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. One of the best parts about the hotel was the DELICIOUS breakfast served every morning by the amazing and sweetest Matinda. Anything and everything she made. It was incredible.
