Wir waren etwas skeptisch als wir ankamen, da am Empfang nur russisch gesprochen wurde, aber generell war alles ok, sehr freundlich und zum schlafen gut geeignet.

The room was clean, and comfortable. Plenty of room, it was much larger than I expected! It was a 5 minute walk from the event that I attended and a similar distance to the center. The staff were amazing! They made an accommodation for friends at the last minute who originally booked at a different hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Viersen Dulken

Die Kommunikation verlief ganz gut, die Mitarbeiterin hat uns, wie besprochen wurde, zur Ankunftszeit erwartet. Unser Zimmer war im 1. Obergeschoß - sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben nur übernachtet und weitergefahren, daher zufrieden geblieben.
Die Unterkunft liegt an der zentralen Straße, daher ein Parkplatz zu finden war nicht so einfach. Etwas altgebackene Einrichtung, es gab nur1 Stuhl für 2 Personen. Und es wäre nicht schlecht die Federkissen auf moderne umzutauschen.

Nette redelijk nieuwe badkamer
Receptie was Oost Eropese dame die geen Duits en geen Engels sprak.
Wel behulpzaam in aanwijzen parkeerplaats.
Straalde verder geen gastvrijheid uit.
Ontbijt was niet beschikbaar.
Bij vertrek ook geen personeel gezien.
Kamer was aan de weg, waarbij verkeersgeluid te horen was.
