Petit apparemment sympa bien pour une étape. Propre.
La literie et le canapé ne sont pas confortables du tout ! Faudrait envisager de les changer. Pas vraiment d’emplacements voiture en proximité et quartier assez mal fréquenté on était pas très rassuré alors qu’il était que 20h

All was clean and prepared for us.
The water was only warm, not hot.

Overall it was a good stay.
The location, host kindness, transport link, facilities( in kitchen and in lounge), Wi Fi access and a tablet to use.
There was not enough ventilation in the shower room There was a little bit of smell of dampness in the shower room. Also the fact that the toilet was facing the lounge.

Cheap parking. New.
The easiness of check in. Location, cheap parking.
In winter the location may be cold and wouldn't like try it. No possibility to wash hands in toilet, tap located in shower room. Renovation of building starts 08.00. weekends too. Most likely to be continued 6-12 months based on my approximation.
