Villa Pasal is very conveniently located within the Jolly Harbour private marina community and easy walking distance of all it's facilities and both South and North Beaches. The open plan 'Grand Room' (large living and dining areas for up to 6 adults plus 2 children) has a Smart TV (for Netflix etc), DVD, music player and private WiFi for internet access with unlimited use. This leads directly to the covered Veranda and split level deck areas (with gas BBQ/Grill, al fresco dining and sun loungers for 8 guests) extending over the water to enjoy the sun and views of the Sleeping Indian Mountain. There is a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast 'island' bar and equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer/ice-maker, cooker with oven and hob, blender, microwave, toaster etc and a utility closet with washing machine, iron and board etc. The master bedroom/bathroom suite (large shower, bath tub and twin vanity basins) and bedroom 2 both open onto the Veranda. Bedroom 3 also has it's own bathroom en-suite. There is also a fourth twin bedroom which shares an additional family bathroom (large shower) with Bedroom 2.
