The owners have taken care of the recent renovation for an unforgettable stay. Bright and elegant apartment, second floor of a historic building in a quiet street of the historical center, composed of a living room with double sofa bed, large kitchen and elegant double bedroom with double wardrobe for both men and women, air conditioning and flat screen TV, bathroom with shower. Its beautiful roof of exposed old beams and its subdivision of the rooms all with its own window make it very elegant and characteristic, to live a holiday with all the necessary comforts. Very intimate and quiet, just 100 meters from the sea and 50 meters from Piazza Civica; you arrive in a moment at the port and its wonderful white sandy beaches on the side "lido San Giovanni" (North). Instead, always on foot along the Dante (South) promenade there is a wonderful rocky cove equipped where you can admire the famous sunsets on Capo Caccia. The house consists of three separate rooms all equipped with a window. A kitchen equipped with everything necessary to satisfy the most demanding people, a living room furnished with great taste that can accommodate two people in a comfortable sofa bed with 18 cm mattress. a beautiful double bedroom and a bathroom with window, very elegant with disengagement for the suitcases. The apartment so positioned has a special charm. Wifi, Air Conditioning, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Also present in the house a parasol and two sun loungers for the beaches not equipped. The door of the vintage building overlooks one of the most reserved and silent streets of the historic center of Alghero, a stone's throw from the most representative square in the center (Piazza Civica); you will have at your fingertips all the most characteristic bars, restaurants and bars in the center and on the promenade along the ancient ramparts overlooking the sea. Through the countless cycle paths, it will be possible both to the south and north to reach the beautiful beaches of white sand and clear sea in addition to those equally wonderful within walking distance. It is possible to rent bicycles anywhere in the city just a few steps from the apartment. Alghero, the ancient city, overlooking the sea, is rich in historical and artistic heritage; The DeaSofia apartment is the nearest point to reach the ancient village of the Catalan sea with its wonderful beaches, not for nothing there are those who call it Barceloneta, the small Barcelona. A charming apartment, in the heart of Alghero’s historic center. Very close to the harbour and many excellent bars and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything needed to make a home away from home. The host was very pleasant and helpful. The stairs are steep but no problem if you are of average fitness and pack light. We had a lovely time. Highly recommended.

The property looked exactly as the pictures had shown it. I really struggled with what to give the overall rating as on the whole the apartment was ok. There were a few thing that knocked it from 4 stars to 3 stars.
As a self catering apartment it did have everything you needed with the exception of and iron which for me is an essential. We travel light to avail of cheap fights, so when I’m booking self catering apartments I’m looking to see if they have laundry facilities which this apartment did. I did text the owner when we arrived to ask if she had an iron somewhere and she said no. I asked if there was anywhere to hire one from and she said you can buy one at any Chinese or hardware shop. Tbh I don’t want to buy one, certainly not to leave behind! Also only 1 tea towel to dry dishes so we had to wash that when we washed our clothes! Surely you can stretch to more than one tea towel. The other big thing that knocked it from 4 to 3 stars was the hot water or lack of. The hot water never got that hot and by the end of your shower no matter how quick it would have run cold, this along with very poor water pressure, don’t turn on any other taps when someone’s in the shower. There was only 1 pillow each! This was the first apartment I have ever rented where there no additional pillows, and the pillows that were there were completely flat and lumpy. The wi-fi was very hit and miss, mostly miss. Again I text the owner when it wasn’t working and the response wasn’t what I’d expect. The very last negative was the issue to get rid of the waste. There was a list of what waste went out on what day in the manual, actually there was 2, and they were contradictory. Needless to say we had tried on each day to put out the waste and only once was it collected. I did text the owner and tell her we had a problem to get rid of it and she told us to put it in the bins around the corner that belong to a restaurant. We did try but my hubby was spotted by an employee of the restaurant and told he can’t put the waste in there.
Hopefully the owner will take these points and make it a bit better for the next people that hire the apartment. I don’t mean to be negative just honest.

The apartment is very well located in the center of Alghero. Despite the location in a very lively part of the city, the apartment is quiet, no noise from the street at night. The apartment is renovated, clean and the air conditionning works very well. You should know that there are 3 flights of steep steps to get to the apartment. Not giving five stars because was lacking some of the basics we usually find in rentsl homes : blancket for the bed, very few bathroom towels, 1 toilet paper roll, 1 garbage bag…

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt mitten im Zentrum
Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in dieser total geschmackvoll renovierten Wohnung verbracht.
Die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Wenn man die vielen Treppenstufen geschafft hat, ist man direkt im Zentrum.
Man sollte für den Treppenanstieg aber wirklich mobil sein.
Die Wohnung selber hat keinen Parkplatz, aber in der Nähe des Hafens haben wir jeden Abend einen Platz gefunden.
Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Nice flat in the old town
It is a spacy flat with some amenities (laundromat/dryer, dishwasher, network TV) above a quiet narrow alley of the old quarter of Alghero. Quick access to all places of interest - but mind the steep steps.

Alghero...una perla
Appartamento ristrutturato di recente in eccellente posizione in Alghero vecchia, 2 camere da letto, 2 TV a schermo grande, 2 condizionatori, una bella cucina a induzione, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Finestre piccole e purtroppo non c'è un balconcino. Accesso molto impegnativo al terzo piano con scale ripide (non per tutti) ma la padrona di casa ci aveva preavvisato e carico/scarico dell'auto a 200 Mt nella piazza vicina a causa della zona ztl in tutto il centro di Alghero. Appena arrivati trovata una piacevole sorpresa di una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto ma mancava la dotazione iniziale del primo giorno (il primo sacchetto nel contenitore dell'immondizia, 1 bottiglia d'acqua,1 rotolo di carta igienica, un po di sapone) che mi sarei aspettata visto la tipologia della struttura. Posteggio problematico ma questo è Alghero e consiglio la prenotazione del posto auto a pagamento nei garage privati al prezzo circa di 70 euro per il mese (prezzo fisso) se però hai montato il baule sulla macchina non si può fare per questioni di altezza del garage di 2,10 mt e quindi non si può fare. Alghero rimane comunque una meraviglia da visitare con le sue vie e i suoi locali pieni di vita. Non voglio commentare il check-in della struttura, dico solo che la persona che doveva venirci a prendere non sapeva del nostro arrivo, confidando che si sia trattato di un malinteso nell'organizzazione. Comunque abbiamo voluto dare un ottima valutazione vista la struttura e la posizione.
Ultima cosa portatevi da casa le bici perché il costo di 1 bici per 2 settimane è di 100 euro. La vacanza è stata davvero bella e ci torneremo sicuramente (non in agosto però...).

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Alghero
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail.
Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine. Hochwertige Pfannen und Töpfe waren vorhanden, was in anderen Urlauben, nicht immer der Fall war.
Sogar Fliegengitter sind in zwei Fenstern, sodass man die Fenster ohne Sorge zum Lüften öffnen kann und den Charme der Altstadt gleich genießen kann.
Zwei Smart-Tv´s waren vorhanden und ein guter Internetanschluss mit schnellem W-Lan.
Sogar ein Nachtlicht ist da. Es ist also an alles gedacht.
Die Treppe sorgt für die nötige Fitness. Sollte man schlecht zu Fuß sein, ist diese Treppe, allerdings typisch für die Altstadt, vielleicht ein kleines Hindernis. Diese steilen Treppen findet man aber überall in der Altstadt, wenn man nicht gerade im Erdgeschoss wohnt.
Parken kann man gut am Hafen. Für uns war es außerhalb der Hochsaison kein Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß in nur 5 Gehminuten gut zu erreichen.
Für das leibliche Wohl ist auch sofort gesorgt. Man braucht nur zu Haustür rauskommen, gibt es Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte.
Wir hatten guten Kontakt zu der Vermieterin, die in kürzester Zeit antwortete und sich sofort kümmerte. Danke für die schöne Zeit in Alghero!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento Sofia....posto al centro di Alghero con tutti i servizi disponibili...negozi e locali...la signora che ci ha contattato è sempre stata disponibile e presente per qualsiasi informazione....l’appartamento è ben curato in tutti i particolari....consigliatissimo.....il mare è splendido in particolare le spiagge di Mugoni....e Porto Conte adatta per i bambini....

Bellissima vacanza
Appartamento interamente ristrutturato e dotato di ogni comfort. Arredato con gusto. Ottima posizione in pieno centro storico. Unico neo le scale interne per raggiungere l'appartamento ma è tipico delle costruzioni presenti nel borgo del centro e quindi è più che normale che siano così. Esperienza da ripetere senza dubbio.

Una bomboniera in pieno centro storico
Siamo stati con mia figlia di 11 anni in questo bellissimo ed accogliente appartamento in pieno centro storico. La sua posizione è subito stata tanto apprezzata da noi 3, perché scese le scale, eravamo in una via molto caratteristica in pieno centro storico, ma altrettanto silenziosa, che in soli 20 passi ci portava in piazza Civica la piazza principale di Alghero e al porto. Da lì’, a piedi, avevamo tutte le spiagge di sabbia bianca libere ed attrezzate a disposizione, mentre dalla parte opposta una bellissima scogliera attrezzata dove godersi il mare tutto il giorno e per poi concludere la giornata con un aperitivo al tramonto su Capo Caccia. Abbiamo avuto, su richiesta, la possibilità di avere un posto macchina comodissimo e delle biciclette a disposizione. La casa è "nuova" e completa di ogni confort per godersi la vacanza. La varietà e vastità di spiagge caraibiche ed il centro storico hanno reso tutto semplicemente perfetto. Anche la proprietaria è stata molto gentile nel consigliarci tanti posti per vivere al meglio le nostre vacanze.. Consigliatissimo!

Massimo comfort, in centro ma riservato
Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane in questo splendido appartamento, io con la mia famiglia (2 bambini di 8 e 4 anni). Ben organizzato, pulito, nuovo con aria condizionata e lavatrice oltre la lavastoviglie. In pieno centro di Alghero, quindi comodi per la cena, un giro in centro o per correre. Nonostante sia in centro la notte essendo in una via non centrale non ci sono rumori e si dorme in tranquillità.
Dotata di due televisioni.
C’e Qualche rampa di scale da fare ma vale la pena salirle!

La scelta della casa sita nel cuore pulsante della città di Alghero è stata vincente, bastava scendere le scale per essere dentro la vita della città .
La casa è stata da poco ristrutturata molto bene e si nota la cura nei dettagli.
La proprietaria si da subito è stata disponibile, ci ha assistito per qualsiasi esigenza.

Semplicemente unico...
Semplicemente unico è stato proprio così questo bellissimo appartamento tutto nuovissimo e arredato elegantemente , che per noi ha reso la nostra vacanza perfetta. A partire da ogni confort di cui la casa era provvista e super tecnologica ( aria condizionata in salone e camera da letto, due tv a schermo piatto, e tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari in cucina), nonché la posizione davvero vicinissima al mare e a tutti i locali presenti a due passi da casa per vivere le passeggiate al tramonto ai Bastioni. La proprietaria è stata davvero gentile con noi dandoci tutte le informazioni per vivere al top Alghero.. Consiglio a tutti di andare in questo bellissimo appartamento..

Appartamento nuovo nel centro storico di Alghero
L'appartamento di recente ristrutturazione è nel centro storico, adiacente alle due piazze principali, ma molto silenzioso perché si affaccia su una via pedonale al secondo piano. Molto comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo a richiesta. Vicinissimo al mercato alimentare coperto, al supermercato e naturalmente ad i tantissimi locali presenti. Sia la proprietaria che la referente in loco sono molto disponibili e puntuali. Tutto il necessario era presente e nuovo e soprattutto molto pulito. Letti comodi, aria condizionata funzionante, molto comoda la lavasciugatrice. In cucina forno a microonde e cucina ad induzione con pentole già presenti. La centralità dell'appartamento è stata da noi molto apprezzata perché la sera abbiamo potuto passeggiare per le vie del centro, le mura, il porto, il lungomare (presente il Luna Park), senza dover prendere l'auto. Vacanza perfetta!

Ci ritorneremo
Abbiamo passato un periodo indimenticabile in un’oasi incontaminata della Sardegna, lontani da mondanità e luoghi comuni, passando il nostro tempo tra spiagge di sabbia bianca, paesaggi verdi ed incantevoli e la città di Alghero con la sua storia.
Siamo stati accolti da un’appartamento in pieno centro in posizione strategica: a pochi passi da piazza civica, dal porto e dal mare (lido) e dalla scogliera a sud di Alghero con il suo bellismo stabilimento “Riservato” che consiglio a tutti di visitare almeno una volta.
A piedi eravamo in grado di raggiungere tutto: supermercato, mercato, negozi, ristoranti, mare, bar e qualsiasi altra cosa possa venire in mente.
Poi, grazie ad un piccolo extra, la proprietà (gentilissima) ci ha anche fornito delle comode biciclette ed a quel punto gli spazi si sono notevolmente ampliati: il comune ha reso ciclabile non solo la città ma anche tutte le strade per raggiungere le spiagge più lontane come Maria Pia, Le Bombarde e il Lazzaretto.
L’appartamento è un’oasi elegante di tranquillità dove rifugiarsi la sera isolandosi completamente dalla movida di Alghero (negozi, bar e ristoranti sono tutti aperti fino a tarda sera), in una palazzina storica, completamente ristrutturato e dotato di ogni comfort; sempre fresco e ben arieggiato, nelle giornate più afose ci ha dato la possibilità di rinfrescarci con ben due SPLIT efficentissimi. Ci sentivamo come a casa nostra, anzi meglio; ed una volta ricaricate le batterie con due rampe di scale eravamo di nuovo pronti per immergerci nella vita vivace del centro o per una passeggiata sui bastioni vista mare e Capo Caccia.
A proposito, poter stare in Sardegna ed apprezzare i tramonti sul mare rende questa zona dell’isola veramente unica. Un vacanza da ripetere sia ad Alghero, sia in questo appartamento. Un ringraziamento alla proprietà per averci coccolato durante la nostra permanenza.

Una piccola chicca nel centro di Alghero
Appartamento molto bello, curato nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: nel cuore della città. La proprietaria una persona molto attenta, gentile e disponibile. Non potevamo desiderare di meglio per le nostre vacanze! Unico minuscolo neo le scale molto ripide, ma d’altronde in un palazzo del centro storico non si può pretendere un ascensore! Consigliatissimo

Sono stata in questo appartamento per tre notti con mio marito e mio figlio di quasi 4 anni. L'appartamento è molto bello, luminoso e romantico oltre che dotato di tutti i confort. Nonostante gli ambienti separati ognuno aveva i climatizzatori per aria calda e fredda.
La cucina ha tutto il necessario per cucinare e tutto nuovissimo, anche se la location è vicina a tanti ristoranti caratteristici. Molto intima la posizione centrale e tranquilla ma vicinissima al porto, alle spiagge ed ai giardini per i bimbi. Siamo arrivati dall'aeroporto con il taxi che ci ha lasciato a Piazza Porta Terra proprio vicino alla casa, quindi arrivare con le valigie e anche con il bimbo è stato davvero semplice. Tutto perfetto, anche i proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili nel darci tutte le info per trascorrere la vacanza nel pieno relax.. Alghero non vediamo l'ora di tornare di tornare in questo suggestivo appartamento!!

Appartamento meraviglioso
Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti in questo splendido appartamento situato in pieno centro. L'appartamento è caldo, molto accogliente e luminoso, proprio come dalle foto postate sull'annuncio. L'arredamento è elegante e nuovissimo ed è tutto accuratamente rifinito. La pulizia è impeccabile. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Il soggiorno è veramente confortevole e dispone di una grande TV; vi sono condizionatori con aria calda e fredda. L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione, è centrale ma è situato in una via molto intima; a soli 50 metri di distanza si vede il mare ed il bellissimo porto di Alghero. A piedi o in bicicletta puoi raggiungere le splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca. La via di Dea Sofia sbuca su Piazza Civica, la piazza principale della città storica a picco sul mare dove vi sono tantissimi bar, ristoranti ed un assortito mercato di pesce, frutta e verdura. I proprietari sono molto gentili e sempre disponibili, ci hanno dato molti consigli utili per rendere il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti ....... quest'estate intendiamo trascorrere altri piacevoli giorno ad Alghero e sicuramente presso Dea Sofia.
