It was very clean, good location and staff was friendly. The hotel room was one of the best we started at during our trip.

Within walking distance of everything and was the perfect size for a solo guest.
That it didn’t have a lift, but luckily I was only on the first floor

The hotel staff is so kind.
I don't speak any Albanian at all.
When the taxi I'd booked from the hotel to the airport ended up going to the airport to pick me up instead (for some reason), the hotel staff contacted the taxi company, arranged for it to come to the hotel, and even walked with me all the way to where the taxi would arrive.
I'm really grateful for that.
I got a little lost trying to find the hotel entrance, but I trusted Google Maps' directions and made it there.

The location is good, near Skanderbeg Square, where we highly recommend visiting the beautiful Mosque. The value for money was good in a no-frills way. This is basically a room, rather than a hotel experience. The room was very clean.
Finding the entrance to the hotel was a challenge, as was finding where to park. We were not greeted by a person at reception - a key and a note were left for us and we were spoken to via intercom.
