Good location and great value.
Welcoming and communicative staff.
During our stay there was a super cosy bar open just in front of the hotel, and even live music performance.
Secluded quiet garden available to guests (complete with barbed wire prison walls).
Different atmosphere of living in an old prison.
The option of having breakfast at the hotel would've been nice.
When we arrived, the room still had used bed linens, but the staff cleaned the room instantly.
Our stay was during peak summer temperatures, so the rooms were really hot. AC, or at least a few fans would've made a difference.

(No other guests but there was renovators during the day— it is mid-March though)
Even so, this location is too cool.
It’ll be spruced up by spring/summer.

Great location in front of the ferry terminal and walking distance from town center. Building is historical and cool, very quiet during our stay.
Bathrooms and showers are shared, but could be improved and kept more clean

Location great and the cost very reasonable. Spotlessly clean.
No windows! It was extremely hot in the studios at the side and the only ventilation came from the sliding door - which, as a solo female traveler, I did not feel comfortable leaving open.
