Just 2 short blocks to the beach on 1600 Asbury Ave. Living room, two large bedrooms and kitchen area. Kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully stocked with all all the amenities also includes a Keurig coffee maker /blender/toaster. There are ac units in each room. Includes cable TV and wifi. All Bedrooms have new 39" flat screen tv's and a new large 55" 4K Smart TV in the living room along with 2 sofa beds for additional guest. The back deck consist of a dining area and BBQ grill. Front covered porch/deck with sitting area. Off-street parking for 1 car. Washer/dryer in separate common area. This condo is in a 5 unit building 2 blocks from beach-Great for large families or extended families to rent multiple units to have your shared and personal space. This is a non-smoking building.Must be 21 years old to rent and we do not accept events or high school senior week rentals. We don’t provide linens. Thank you Sal

It’s a great location, very clean, easy walk to the beach/boardwalk, the town. It was a great week enjoyed the seashore mostly.

well kept, clean, everything worked properly. nieghborhood is great. easy access to all ocean city attractions. very close to boardwalk and beach. very comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of room

Spacious property with standard amenities. Property manager was super responsive and checked in to see how our stay was. Outdoor shower and coin op laundry was nice to have. Be prepared to do walking, as location is a bit from the heart of the boardwalk. However, the price accounted for that with the listing. Would recommend this to a family as the space was very clean and roomy. Being pet friendly as well was a plus!

This was the 2nd year we stayed at OCNJ. The apt was in a good location and quiet neighborhood. It was clean and very roomy for our family. We will be staying there again. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Thanks for a memorable stay.

We had a great time on our annual beach trip with our dogs and extended family staying nearby! The place was exactly what we were looking for, and the location was ideal...a perfect short morning walk with the pups to grab coffee and explore the shops/restaurants on Asbury Avenue. On-site parking was an added bonus! Sal was extremely communicative and responsive, and he even checked in with us proactively a few days into our stay to ask how we were enjoying everything and if there was anything we needed. Definitely recommend this rental for your next trip down the shore!

We really enjoyed are stay in Condo A. Great place to stay and a great central location in Ocean City! The weather was a little cold but we still had a great vacation. Thank you Sal! Hope to visit in 2021.

This place was clean, spacious and extremely close to the beach and boardwalk. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The larger bed in the room with bunk beds, however, is extremely squeaky and loud, unfortunately. The only other problem was there were no extra rolls of toilet paper or paper towels, so we ran out the day before we left. These two things notwithstanding, the place was great highly recommend—just bring toilet paper and paper towels and avoid the squeaky bed!

More practical information would have been useful, e.g. code for laundry, pillows/linen provided or not. Remote controls didn't all work. Normal coffee machine would be useful. Wi-Fi code info was wrong. Had to call...

I was very happy with the unit. The condo was clean, comfortable and a short walk to the beach. The property owner was very friendly and very quick to respond to questions/messages. Not having to worry about where you stay on vacation is important, and I will surely be renting the unit again in the future.

Sal is awesome! His places are great. This is our second time renting from Sal and we couldn’t be happier! Looking toward to next year or maybe a long Labor Day Weekend down here!!

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean City. The house was clean and everything looked freshly painted. The owners have put a lot of thought into this home. They have tried to think what the renter would need to have a comfortable stay. The house is in a wonderful location 2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. The city shopping district is also within walking distance. There is a CVS and a sea food restaurant within a block. The house is located in a really nice residential section of the city. We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend this rental property. The owners are very helpful and accommodating and will answer questions quickly.
