We skipped the breakfast to get an early start the first 2 days but had the breakfast on the final morning and it was excellent! It was nice and quiet in the mornings and evenings with plenty of wildlife to watch. Close to Luray and Shenandoah National Park as well.

Beautiful and comfortable cottage in a serene, rural setting with great views of the mountains. Hank and Wiley are delightful if you get to interact with them. Breakfast (costs extra when booking via Booking.com) is fabulous and the snacks and baked goods were a treat. Appreciated having the kitchen to make dinner and the screened in porch to enjoy the nice spring weather. Easy access by car to Luray, Shenandoah National Park, and Massanutten. The center of Stanley, VA is only a couple miles away with a grocery store.
The immediate area within a few miles of the bed & breakfast doesn't have much. You have to drive a little ways to find restaurants, for example.
